It’s easy to lack the motivation to work out, especially if you’re not seeing results and you’re overworking your body. This is a common mistake for those who want to build muscle with powerlifting. They spend hours at the gym and either burn out or injure themselves. Happens to the best of us!

It’s not unusual for people to be surrounded by others with dissimilar goals than themselves. Often, the people around us become intimidated when we start to work out and subtly (often subconsciously) try to sabotage our success.
